This policy explains how Solaris Green Energy (I) Pvt. Ltd. (“Solaris”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through this website, solarisgreenenergy.in. Our registered office is Priya Residency, D-134, Kardhani Scheme, Govindpura, Jhotwara, Jaipur 302012, Rajasthan, India.

It applies to visitors who use the website, send a project enquiry, register as a vendor or apply for a job.

We collect only what you choose to submit through our forms, plus limited technical and analytics information.

• Project enquiries: project type, approximate size, state, district or city, PIN code, project stage, expected timeline, your name, company, email address, phone number and message.
• Vendor registrations: company name, contact person, designation, email address, phone number, website, city, state, vendor category, products or services offered, years in business, GST number, message and any documents you attach.
• Career applications: position or area of interest, name, email address, phone number, current location, experience, relevant skills, LinkedIn profile, cover message and your resume.
• Analytics and technical information: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and interactions such as clicks on call, email or WhatsApp links and the start or submission of a form. The contents of your form submissions are not sent to analytics.
• Bot-protection signals: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is being used by a person and may process your IP address and browser information for that purpose.

• To consider job applications and contact applicants.
• To protect the website and its forms from spam and abuse.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.

This website does not use a database and does not keep a record of form submissions. When you submit a form, the information is validated and sent by email to the relevant Solaris mailbox through an email delivery service. Uploaded documents are attached to that email and are not stored on the website.

Once delivered, the email is held in Solaris’s mailboxes and handled like any other business correspondence.

We use the following services to operate the website. They process information on our behalf or under their own terms:

• Resend, for email delivery of form submissions.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, for bot protection on forms.
• Google Analytics 4, for website analytics.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where a WhatsApp option is shown, selecting it opens WhatsApp with a message prefilled from the details you entered. Nothing is sent until you send the message yourself, and WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation.

Google Analytics 4 may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure usage. Cloudflare Turnstile may use browser storage to complete its check. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can use Google’s opt-out tools for analytics.

Because submissions are delivered by email, they are kept in Solaris’s mailboxes for as long as needed to respond, to maintain business records and to meet legal obligations. [Retention periods to be confirmed by Solaris.] Our email delivery provider may keep delivery logs under its own policies.

We use reasonable measures to protect submissions, including encrypted connections, server-side validation of every form, bot protection, file-type and size checks on uploads, and by not storing submissions or documents on the website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
